"I really liked the very central location of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. The room was clean and had everything I needed-the view of the Massena street, a comfortable bed, a stove, fridge and a microwave. I already stayed twice in the hotel and I am planning another stay this upcoming July. Kudos to the hotel team. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. Complementary croissants were hung on your door every morning which was a nice touch. The owner and receptionist were both welcoming and lovely to...

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"They failed to mention that this property is based inside of a nursing home. There was no housekeeping, and it was very difficult to get fresh towels and toilet paper. If you can ask the fact that it's located in a literal nursing home then it is a nice place to stay because it's clean and it was spacious and it worked for going in and out however, if you care about your experience where you're staying, I would definitely look into something else."
