"Very nice little bed and breakfast in the peaceful village of Verduno, near La Morra, Barolo etc. Nice little house with a garden and a pool. It's in good shape with very friendly service, one woman was checking us in and taking care of us during breakfast. We were there with only one another room so we had the place more or less to ourself. Nothing fancy or luxurious but a nice B&B! Just next door to the restaurant Il falstaff which was recommended by several but we chose Trattoria dai bercau...

Only a few thing that we missed - Extra gabbage bag, baking paper, toilet paper etc. - compare to the price per night. The quilts needs to be washed - again compare to the price per night. "Excellent service. Hotel is an old castle which made for a unique experience but some design quirks do not translate into modern conveniences. We had a patio and would’ve been thoughtful to have lounge furniture, it just had a bistro table and two chairs."
