They offer spacious grounds, often with private pools and gardens, providing a peaceful retreat from daily life. The focus here is on relaxation and enjoying the natural beauty of the Minho region. This setup is particularly well-suited for couples seeking a romantic getaway.

Couples will find these rural estates ideal for their privacy and the opportunity to unwind. Many of these properties offer locally sourced breakfast, sometimes prepared using ingredients from their own gardens.

The best time to visit Moldes is during the spring (April to June) and early autumn (September to October) when the weather is pleasant and the natural beauty of the region is at its peak.

During spring, the countryside around Moldes bursts into bloom, offering mild temperatures great for outdoor activities like hiking and exploring the Peneda-Gerês National Park.
