The rooms were clean but very small. Breakfast is a home run for sure. The property is right across the street from the Night Market which is super convenient.

Best choice if you want in the the center of Myeongdong, it’s my second time here this time with family it’s so accessible bus, train or just around Myeongdong & the staffs are so accommodating. Really appreciated.

The hotel is centrally located near restaurants and close to the metro. The staff are extremely helpful and speak English. The room is a good size and quite quiet. There is the option to make a cup of tea, or you can go down to the ground floor to buy a cup of coffee. I would stay there again if I came to Seoul.

Great Location and Comfortable Rooms, but the Property Needs a Refresh Ramada has several strong points, particularly its convenient location and the airport limousine bus stop right at the hotel, making transfers to and from Incheon International Airport very easy. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. Housekeeping deserves special recognition for maintaining clean rooms and providing attentive service throughout the stay. However, the property is noticeably dated and would benefit greatly from refurbishment. The fixtures are old, the hallways look tired and uninviting, and the elevators are very slow, with floor numbers that are difficult to read. There is also no bell service, which can be inconvenient when travelling with luggage. The bathrooms are another area that needs improvement. The towels are thin, worn-looking, and lack the bright white, plush quality one would expect from a hotel of this category. The bathtub, toilet, and sink are all contained in one bathroom, which can be inconvenient when sharing a room, as only one person can comfortably use the facilities at a time. The front desk experience could also be improved. While service was functional, the staff could be more welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. At other hotels, guests often feel genuine warmth and sincerity from the moment they arrive. That personal touch was noticeably missing here.
