Charming and peaceful, the TY AR STIVELL vacation rental (“the house by the spring”) is ideally located between land and sea, just 7–8 minutes from the beaches and 2 minutes from the town of Moëlan-sur-Mer… the tranquility of the countryside near the sea! It features three bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 7 guests. Whether you’re spending a few days or a few weeks in the Quimperlé area—for business, vacation, or a weekend getaway—be sure to stay at this unique place!

THE ACCOMMODATION:
The cottage is nestled in a beautiful, peaceful, tree-lined, and sunny spot in the countryside, with a breathtaking view of the vast one-hectare meadow at a place called PONT VIL.

It is fully furnished and equipped so that all you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy the moment.
It’s ideal for a large family, three couples, friends, or coworkers, as each bedroom has its own private bathroom and toilet.

With a total area of 90m², it is laid out as follows:
On the first floor:

- Large double living room opening onto a small terrace with patio furniture, a dining area, and a sitting area with a fireplace, TV…,
- A bedroom for 2 people (with a private bathroom and toilet) opening onto a small terrace overlooking the garden

On the garden level:

- A lovely, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker, washing machine…) with direct access to the garden

Upstairs:

- A landing leads to two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and toilet


The house can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people with 3 double beds and one single bed.

Outdoors:

You can enjoy the outdoors with its two terraces and open garden offering breathtaking views of the meadow, inviting you to relax and take it all in.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

We’ve entrusted our lovely family home to Home’s BnB Free concierge service, a specialist in short-term rentals, which will be available throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have about the property.

A tourist guide will be provided in the property; you’ll find all the outings and tours to enjoy in southern Brittany.

Sheets, towels, rugs, and dish towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival.

To get your stay off to a good start, we’ll provide you with some treats, tea bags, sugar, salt, and pepper.
