"These apartments are very safe, clean and have all the amenities needed for a family visit. I traveled with my two daughters so having a nice area to prepare meals is a must for me. Everything I needed for our short stay was included. Staff is very professional, and instructions to access the apartment are very clear. We walked back to the hotel from the Main Square at night and it felt safe to do so. "

Unfortunately there were many items that were not cleaned in the property and this was not pleasant. There were no batteries in the tv remote and after buying and replacing them the tv was found to be faulty. A replacement tv arrived 3 days later. "We enjoyed time in this beatuiful and Scandinavian style furnished apartment. Communication with Sara was easy and fast by Whatsapp. Construction work on the opposite of the street was a bit disturbing, but it should be soon ready. This house is very good choice to feel atmosphere of amazing Bratislava and to get easily to differerent locations."

"I had paid extra for late checkout but the cleaning lady still walked into my room while I was partially undressed. I emailed the apartment and they gave me an extra hour to checkout and the cleaning lady STILL came back in 30 minutes. They didn’t knock they just opened the door. When I told the apartment they said that they asked her and she didn’t walk in the second time. Which is a flat out lie. The exterior of the property is horrible too and the pictures make it look way nicer."

"The Botel was a fun place to stay during our friends European backpacking trip. There were three of us staying and the only issue we ran into was losing hot water in the shower pretty quickly and it takes quite a while for it to build back up. Other than that everything was great!"
