The staff was great! All were friendly and respectful. A big shout out to Yolanda at the front desk- we booked last minute due to a mishap at the AirBnB we’d been staying at and she was so kind. She made sure we had what we needed, gave some good recommendations for restaurants and was overall just very kind and friendly. We appreciate how well we were treated

I asked them pet free room all night me and my wife our all body was itching . The bed had a bed bag and was itching the next two days. I was not totally happy about the staying that there.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks new or recently renovated. We have stayed heres a few times and it’s always been clean and smells great. The rooms are spacious, they have every amenity needed and the bed are comfortable.

All staff were very friendly and wonderful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is kept very clean. Our experience was great and look forward staying on our future visits.

Took more than half an hour to check in even though I had a reservation. Barely had time to make it to the wedding, which is why we were there. Air conditioner in the room kept me and my wife up most of the night. It made a strange thumping noise every time it kicked on. The refrigerator in the room made a weird pinging noise as well. Between the check in and the lack of sleep, I was pretty grumpy when we left.

The only thing was that the shower area had leaves in it when we arrived. It wasn't properly cleaned. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Very disappointed
The location and cleanliness were fine. However, when I booked the room, the listing said it had an indoor jet tub. At the desk, they told us there were no such rooms since they remodeled a year before, and no one had updated the site. So I was paying more money for nothing! I asked where the ice machine or vending machines were, and they said there were no ice or vending machines. The next day, the girl at the desk told me there was an ice machine near the elevator! Just not worth the cost by about half!
