We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!

Clean hotel. Room was clean. Staff really friendly. Breakfast is same in the 2 hotel we stayed. Eggs toast juice coffee machine and fruit and pastries. Im used to good air conditioning so in that case doesnt seem like most of the hotels ac units can keep up or are limited to a certain fan speed. Maybe have floor fans as an option to guests.

Enzo was amazing from the moment I booked the hotel. I knew we would be arriving late on the train and he was so calming and reassuring - this was important as we have never travelled to Italy before. Grazie!
The breakfast was delicious, simple and just enough.
The hotel is walkable to many restaurants and sites to see, we enjoyed the Ferrari Museum and had dinner at two wonderful restaurants.

What a welcoming, bright, modern hotel! The staff at the front desk are so helpful and kind. They gave us suggestions for restaurants, tours, coffee shops. We walked to the historic city centre in less than 30 minutes, and there is a Coop grocery store just 5 minutes away. The rooftop terrace has tables and lounge chairs- it's a relaxing spot. We didn't use the jacuzzi as the water was cool. Rooms were cleaned daily by a friendly, hard working team. I would recommend this hotel!

They really thought of all the little things such as robes, vanity kits, slippers and extra pillows which made our stay comfortable. The art in the room ads a very whimsical and fun vibe. The breakfast was amazing with a selection of local foods to try! The property is in a perfect location to enjoy Bolognas historic center. Highly recommend.

Exquisite location. Cosy and filled with art and antiques. Each room is decorated according to a theme. Ours was so pretty we had to video it. Gorgeous bathroom even had a special feminine wash liquid in the bidet. Massive bathtub. Breakfast sumptuous and so varied. A perfect stay in every way!

Apartment was great. Centrally located with lots of restaurants, shops and even a great little market about 15min walk away.
Room was very modern and stocked with everything we could need, clean and quiet.
The parking available is street parking and it is free. Was able to park within a block of the property.
