"The location was excellent and very conveniently located in town. It was directly across from the beach (and the hotel was great at providing beach towels), and my room had partial sea views with a small balcony, which made it all the more magical. Within minutes of walking, you’ll also find plenty of restaurants and shops (though be mindful of riposa/rest hours, where almost everywhere is closed), and you’re also a five minute walk to the Rapallo train station, which is also super convenient. For a reasonable cost, you can have buffet breakfast (worth the variety in my opinion). All the staff I dealt with, from reception to restaurant servers to cleaners, were all super friendly as well. The room was clean, though I wish the pillows were a bit softer, but otherwise, no real complaints. I would love to come back to Rapallo and stay here again!"

It was easy to get to the room was clean and well kept the only concerns that we had were the Wi-Fi never correctly worked and it was difficult to use the Internet at all times during our stay, another concern that we had was there was no fan in the bathroom, so there was no way to air out the room, after taking a shower."

It cost €35 per day, and the parking facility was located several hundred metres away from the hotel, which made arriving with luggage more difficult than expected. "Getting to the hotel for the train station was a extremely straight forward, pun intended. The 24 hr concierge, everyone from the team, as we spoke to three separate agents at different times in our stay, were all extremely nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfasts were always well stocked with options for sandwiches, eggs, pastries and juices. All you need. Make sure to ask the staff for fresh espresso from the kitchen while you are there. Location was great, not facing the water, but easily accessible to walk to dinner or a stroll along the boardwalk within seconds. The shared roof top patio was great to relax in the sun closer to the room too."
