This luxury 2-Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo is located in Rim Vistas with access to basketball, tennis, a pool and a hot tub. You’ll love the vaulted ceilings and spacious bi-level layout.
The kitchen seats 6 people with a combination of dining table and large breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. Full appliances include gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, built-in microwave.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, plus Cable and flat screen TV. The upstairs 2nd Bedroom has a King Bed. Both bedrooms have an ensuite Bathroom.
The Living Room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper, a flat screen TV and DVD player. The outdoor private patio has a gas BBQ Grill. Upstairs is a washer and dryer.

The lodging was clean, spacious. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. So glad that it's about 7 minutes from downtown Moab; downtown is too busy and noisy. Truly enjoyed our stay here. Will return here should we ever be in the Moab area.

Great place to stay

This property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the things for meal prepping our breakfast. Our only complaint was the late check in time as the weather was bad the day we arrived and we would have like to have been able to get in earlier where it was dry and warm.

Loved this would do it again. Easy to get to, property looked great, plenty of room to spread out. Had most everything we could ask for. There are just a couple small reasons I didn't give it total excelllents across the board. I wish there had been usb ports to charge cell phones, while there was tea there was no coffee and I did not know I had to bring my own and there was a large stain on the common area rug, as I travel with a service dog I initially panicked when I saw it because I thought maybe he had an accident, but it was old and dry so no big deal. Overall the stay was great and comfortable, loved the enclosed front and back patios...awesome.

Quiet getaway close to town

This home was perfect for our family's stay in Moab. It is located just outside of town, which makes it convenient to get into town while still being in a quiet location. The pool and hot tub were a great way to unwind after a day hiking in the national park. We would definitely stay here again next time we are on town.

This was a very nice place to stay, however, it would have been nice to know in advance that this was a two story home. I am 76 with a knee and two hips that were replaced and doing all those steps to get to the bedroom and laundry room was difficult.

Definitely needs improvements

The rental property was clean. However, they only provided one towel and one washcloth in each of the bathrooms. The shower off the master bedroom had no water pressure. The TV only had basic channels very limited . Went to open the window in the upstairs bathroom there was no screen on the window. There was no coffee to make in the morning, at least hotels have coffee for you when you wake up there was no coffee, not even salt and pepper in the place. The carpet was very dirty needs be replaced. Would not be interested in staying at this rental again.

Moab mtb trip.

Condo was clean and nice. Carpet is a bit raggedy there were no ancillary kitchen products like plastic wrap or sandwich bags. There was paper towels. Pool and spa were nice. It is expensive here. Lots of extra charges. Never heard of a spa fee! ? They did not even ask us if we wanted or not. Overall nice property.

Arches and Canyonlands National Park Visits

We used this as a base for our day trips to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. It was conveniently located just outside of Moab, a 10-15 minutes drive to restaurants, grocery stores and downtown. The resort itself was nice and quiet with a pool and nice views of rock formations. This unit was well stocked, colorfully decorated and very easy check in/check out. It worked perfectly for our trip.

Great for kids

This was truly the perfect place for us. After spending the days exploring the magnificent area, this was the perfect place to return for relaxing and soaking in the hot tub. Everything was perfect.

The property was super clean, great quiet location south of town. My only complaint is the living Room furniture, both the couch and recliner are broken. I only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't really an issue but with a longer stay it would be an issue.

Beat up furniture, false advertising on price

The reclining chair is broken and leans so far to the side you almost fall out. The couch sags so much you can't sit in the middle, and pulling it out to sleep on is out of the question. The bench for dining has no cushion and wabbles obnoxiously. The advertised unit sleeps 8 but isn't priced that way until it's too late. We honestly disclosed we were bringing 8, only to find out upon booking that if you actually intend on sleeping 8, there will be an extra fee; for what, I never got an answer. I suppose it was for the pull out bed on the curb-ready couch, which we never used-- the kids just slept on the floor. The place was clean, but the word "luxury" is in the description, and we're pretty humble folks, but that ain't luxury. Corkscrew and can opener broken, knives dull, pots and pans low end, carpeting worn, etc. The place had been well cleaned, which was a big plus, and bedrooms and bathrooms were fine (bunks are close to ceiling so be ready for that), The place worked and we were comfortable overall, but not quite as advertised. We did have a great time in Moab!

Overall this was a great property. We received excellent customer service from Corey, who helped us with check-in, This was a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities of home. The only downside was the living room couch was uncomfortable and could use an upgrade, and one of the remotes needed batteries (none on-site).

Prefect location

We loved the property. Well appointed, with everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very easy drive to the gates of Arches National Park. The only trouble we had was finding the condo, but if we had looked at the map provided in the email we would have been fine. We arrived at night too, so it was a bit difficult to find until I looked through the email provided which included a map of the complex. Overall, great place to stay!

Comfortable townhouse and great location

My husband, son and I enjoyed 4 days in Moab and found this townhouse was a great fit. It was on the outside of Moab and the parking was great. Very comfortable and relaxing location. Never received the emails for check-in and checked my junk mail. With a quick call we had access. Thanks for a great vacation!

Nice stay

6 night stay was good. Plenty of space for the 4 of us to hide from the heat and relax. Location is out of the main Moab city but still very nice with pool and small playground. Only a few min drive. Kitchen and house lean on the bare bones side of furnishings but we had everything we needed. Bring sugar and spices if cooking. Lights flickered in multiple spots which was a little annoying. Overall happy with the stay.
