Why not spend your time away from home in this new beautifully appointed fully furnished townhome. After a busy day of hiking, biking, golfing, rafting, or jeeping you can sit and enjoy views of the LaSal Mountain and Moab’s beautiful red cliffs. Only 5 miles from downtown Moab you escape the hustle and bustle of downtown and enjoy the peaceful views right outside your back door.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all kitchenware, bakeware, pots/pans, glassware, dishtowels, basic spices, coffee maker plus many other small appliances to make your stay enjoyable.

This unit has two Master suites with en suite baths. Each bedroom has it’s own TV and the bathrooms are stocked with towels, pool towels and toilet paper.

The living area has a queen size sofa/sleeper to accommodate any additional guests.

In addition, there are two patios for twice the fun! Enjoy your morning coffee or tea at the small front patio table as you watch the sun rise over the rims. In the evenings you can appreciate a different view of the cliffs as you sip a refreshing beverage on the large back patio while BBQing right outside the back door. Comes equipped with a large patio table, chairs and umbrella.

Amenities include a community pool, hot tub, playground and tennis/basketball court for your enjoyment. There is also ample on-street parking for trailers, toy haulers, jeeps and RZRS’s.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, dishware, cookware and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has toilet paper, hotel size shampoo, body bar soap and hand soap in the bathrooms. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided) All bed linens, shower towels, washcloths and pool towels are provided. There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Cancellations must be done at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.

Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday, Oct 25th, 2020

Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open (weather permitting)

Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

Great condo south of Moab
We had an excellent stay at this condo. Plenty of space for the three of us. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good. Kitchen was also good. Some street noise gets through the windows but we were okay with it. It was a great value for us as a base of operations to visit Canyonlands and Arches.

Property was quiet and conveniently located. It was very clean and comfortable in all aspects of our 3 day stay. The kitchen was adequately stocked with everything we needed. A very nice stay overall. The bedrooms are both upstairs which could be a problem for someone with mobility issues.

Two bedrooms with private bathroom in a comfortable condo. The air conditioner runs great. The family room has cozy seating with a big television. The kitchen had almost all the basics - had to go buy oil for cooking. Nice assortment of spices. There is a private grill on the back deck though it’s pretty dusty. Plan on cleaning it before using it. The televisions in the bedrooms are *tiny*. Easier to see if you stream it from your phone in bed. Good WiFi. The pool and hot tub area is large and comfortably fits several different groups. Safe neighborhood less fifteen minutes from the city of Moab and the grocery store.

Moab condo
We enjoyed this condo, good location to downtown 5 miles out, in a nice area. 2 King Bedrooms with ensuite was great. 2 parking spots was a plus, other condos we looked at only had 1, making it difficult if you have 2 parties driving. I would suggest a bathmat in the tub as it was slippery and the kitchen to have a few additional items, super easy fixes. The red clay did blow in under the front door easy clean up. Enjoyed our stay would go back again.
