The great room includes a 52 inch, LCD HDTV and DVD player, a cozy corner gas log fireplace, brown leather sofa sleeper couch and comfortable easy chairs. This unit has new flooring and furniture! There is also a full kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining room table with seating for 6\. The large master bedroom has both a king and queen size bed. Winter themed, this bedroom features a plasma TV with built in DVD player, and a private bathroom with a large tile walk in shower, and walk in closet. The guest bedroom also has a plasma TV, and has a queen bed, and a twin xl bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are two additional twin air mattress for parties that want to all have their own beds. The 2 guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower tub. Located on the only private road in Rim Village, there will be plenty of parking. There is also a 2 car attached garage for all your big toys. Numerous off-road trails are nearby, and you can drive your street legal ATVs and motorcycles on the roads to access them. Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to you in this pet friendly property (pet fees apply, some exclusions apply). There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. Several properties have a limitation on the number and type of pets. Please inquire for any pets other than dogs and for any number above 2 pets. Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet friendly unit. The property mgmt folks did respond timely and have people come over to address but it required them to empty the hot tub and replace the filter which was pretty dirty so they replaced that too. Toaster didn’t work either. Neither of those things ruined our stay but they were both unfortunate. I’ll be looking for another spot to stay outside of Rim Village next time. This house was perfectly situated 10 minutes from downtown. The private hot tub was a huge bonus for my family. Plenty of room in the house for our group of 5 and the kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to be able to have our dog with us and have an enclosed outdoor area we could all be in together. Our 5 year old loved the hot tub. We liked that there was a fan (for white noise) in the master bedroom. The beds were comfortable. There was a drip coffee maker for those of you who may want coffee. We did bring extra supplies, but there were a few laundry pods and dishwasher pods. Plastic cups would have been nice for outside along with plastic plates. We just bought our own. We would have also liked a hair dryer. All in all it was an excellent stay and we hope to be back in the near future. Thank you! ##### Michelle M.
