This RV has 1.5 private bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. The back bedroom consists of a bunk bed on top and a convertible couch/bed on the bottom. Inside includes heat/AC, linens/towels/soaps, fully stocked kitchen, cable TV, free WIFI. Outside we provide a fire pit, propane grill, picnic table camping chairs for a prime camping experience! Bunk beds have a weight limit of 150lb if applicable. May not be suitable for most adults. This rental is not pet friendly. We have other pet friendly options from time to time, but are limited availability. We loved being able to eat meals at the RV, and there was space enough for our family of five. It wasn't quite as clean as we would've liked, but some of that is just the Utah dust/dirt all over the ground that tracks inside. Once we started taking off our shoes as soon as we entered, it was less of an issue. It was wonderful to have the AC, but it was very loud. Altogether, though, I'd highly recommend this RV. The space is really good and the location for the price is fantastic! We went to Arches one day and Canyonlands the other. And it's about a 5 minute drive from downtown Moab. It was very comfortable and spacious for two couples. Though the back room doesn’t have AC, the fans and cooler temps in the evening made sleeping very comfortable. Temps were too hot out to sit outside but there is a picnic table and a couple of chairs. There is no one behind but there are campsites on either side. Had enough parking space for two cars.
