Nice Property
This unit worked very well for us as we visited the National Parks. It was very roomy, homey, comfortable and well-equipped. The host was so responsive! We enjoyed Moab Brewery for craft beer and good food!

Great location

Moab getaway
Came with my dog for some hiking and a little off roading. Moab was a great time. Found the place to be very roomy and clean. The bed was also very comfortable - which is no small thing. Close to town and close to several hike trails.

The house is big and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with all pans and utensils that you’ll need. The master bedroom is huge. There was extra linen if we needed. Location was very good for our visit to the 3 national parks. Very comfortable pet friendly condo.

Moab trip stay
This place was a great size and we loved having two bathrooms and the laundry room. Stocked well with plenty of clean towels and blankets, love that too. Kitchen basically has anything you could need too. Overall nice place for myself, fiance, and one friend to stay while visiting Moab.

Fantastic condo to stay

We had a lovely stay for our two nights in Moab. The property was clean and easy to access. We were a little further from the main part of town (like 2 minutes further) but it was a great property for the price and we had a car so it worked fine. If we ever come back we would stay here again.

Great Condo
This was a great place to stay! Just located a little outside of downtown Moab. It was in a great location to experience all that Moab has to offer and explore the National Park and Lands. This was the first VRBO experience for the people I traveled with and they were amazed at how awesome our place was. Now they are convinced that this is the way to travel, all thanks to Ken being such a great host.

The location and rental itself was perfect! Plenty of blankets, towels, dishes, and everything else. I stayed with some friends and we were all very satisfied with the clean and cozy condition of our stay here. Ken was awesome and very communicative! Highly recommend!

Pictures are underrated
Super easy to get to. Close to the outdoor pool. Plenty of towels, which is an added bonus as most places don’t have enough. And with a family of 6 you all want your own towels. The internet is very slow for streaming purposes but you are able to scroll social media etc. Great stay.

Great family vacation
Condo was great. As others stated, there is nowhere to really put your clothes, could use a couple more dressers and in the guest room there isn't a bedside table to a dresser to put anything. The complex was quiet but the pool wasn't really the cleanest and we did not get in. That is no fault of the owner but just passing along the information. The hot tub was broken for half our stay which was disappointing but again no fault of the owner's. The kitchen was fully stocked for anyone wanting to cook meals there. We went out to eat mostly (try the quesadilla truck at the food truck park!).

Great condo building with heated pool (and hot tub) open even in the 40 degree temps outside we experienced during our trip. If it were my property, I'd add a coffee table in living room and dresser in master bedroom. But those are minor minor comments and did not negatively impact our stay in any way. Thanks!

Check in was easy, plenty of parking. Location is out of the busy Moab area but only minutes to all the top attractions. We had plenty of space, unit was clean and beds were super comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect For Our Stay
We very much enjoyed staying at this condo. The space was bigger than I expected and there was plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for four adults and two children. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels for everyone. The condo is about 8-10 minutes from town where we did some shopping and had dinner each night. Our favorite restaurant was the The Broken Oar, we also enjoyed the Moab Brewery. Ken was easy to work with and communicated quickly, we would definitely stay here again!

Clean & comfortable Moab stay!
This property was perfect for our family of 5 for a couple of nights while we enjoyed Arches National Park and other nearby attractions. It was very clean, had comfortable bedding, and it was easy to find and check-in. The WiFi is not fast, so if you've got something important to do online, that's worth noting. We had a great stay and would recommend it to family & friends.

Ken was very easy to communicate with. We had some trouble figuring out a couple of things when we arrived and he either called me back right away or texted in reply to my communication. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in the condo for 2 nights after hiking in both Canyonlands and Arches National Parks.. Was wonderful to have a clean cozy place to come back to. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay!
Great location , fully equipped condo for our stay in Moab. Unit was first floor and on the backside of the property, so completely shielded from the traffic noise on 191. Highly recommend this place. Ken was amazingly helpful and very quick to respond. Also, extremely handicap accessible; halls and door opening were extremely wide.

Great spot in Moab!
This condo worked perfectly for our family of five. It's located a little south of the town, which makes the drive to Arches NP and Canyonlands NP Island in the Sky district a bit longer, but we didn't have any problem with it. The kitchen was well stocked and had nearly everything we needed to make meals at home after a long day at the national parks. The upstairs neighbors could be heard a bit in the mornings, which might be an issue if you are a super light sleeper. All in all, this was a great place to stay!

Fantastic stay in Moab!
We were mid-way through a 2-week trip when we decided to spend some time in Moab, and we were lucky enough that this condo was available! The condo is clean and spacious, and the location is perfect -- a few minutes away from the crowds but also close enough to make it very convenient to Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point. What a wonderful and memorable visit.

Great Condo!
We had a wonderful stay in this 3BR 2 bath condo. Pictures described the property accurately. We are picky about cleanliness and felt the cleaning team did a good job. There was extra paper towels and TP, dish soap, dishwasher tablets and garbage bags which I felt exceeded industry standards. There was a cooler for us to use which was great for arches, and the washer and dryer was fantastic with all the red dirt /dust on our clothes from hiking! The pool was nice and not crowded although we did not have much time to use it. Excellent stay, would recommend to friends and family!

Ken’s property was very comfortable and in a convenient location - approximately 10 miles to Arches NP and only minutes away from town with shopping, restaurants, etc. Kitchen was very well equipped, although we didn’t cook much while we were there. Beds were comfortable with good quality linens and towels. Pool was an added bonus, although we didn’t use much due to being crowded at the times we were there. Upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy with a barking dog but didn’t bother us that much. Overall, a nice place at reasonable price and would recommend.

The condo is clean, comfortable and equipped with washing machine and dryer. It is close to downtown Moab for access to restaurants and food markets. A little hard to find the building where the unit is located (especially at night). The unit is 3A which is in building #3. The address provided is for the whole complex. It is a ground floor unit so very easy access. Ken is a great host.

Great condo! We enjoyed our time in Moab. We were able to enjoy the national parks and at the end of the day come “home” and make our own meals or go out for dinner or ice cream or spend time in Moab. It was a good family vacation! Originally we were scheduled to be here two years prior but covid was shutting everything down so we had to cancel that vacation. I am glad we were able to reschedule and spend time in the Moab area.
