Our stay in Moab

Very lovely, well stocked, quiet property. Had a wonderful time. Plenty of parking. Great place to stay. This was our 2nd time staying & liked it just as much as the first time. Would recommend.

Staying at the Breccia house was amazing. Conveniently located close to downtown Moab, you can ride right from the property to many of the trails in the area. Tanna is a great host and is very accommodating and was very easy to work with. It is a beautiful house in an extremely picturesque setting. My friends and I would love to come back.

Moab vacation

Everything was as described. Very nice home with outdoor area, sand volleyball, and children’s play area. Great place for our family vacation. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful

The breccia house was in a great location, beautiful views, and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Communication was prompt anytime we had questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Fun in Moab

We enjoyed our family vacation in Moab and our stay at Breccia house. We liked the location, close enough to Moab and all the outdoor activities but far enough away to be quiet. The home was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. We really liked the onsite playground for the kids.

This house was wonderful. Clean, well stocked. It was perfect for our three families. The separation of the rooms upstairs provided privacy for each family. Playground was great for the littles. Enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. My husband is in a wheelchair and could get into the house with no issues and could maneuver around the downstairs with no problems. However, there are no grab bars in the shower or around the toilet. Since the house is listed as ADA compliant, we did expect grab bars. If you are needing this assistance, just keep this in mind. Would definitely stay here again!

Breccia House

The house was exactly as advertised. It had a great fire put out back for evening hangs. The rooms were comfortable. They provide basic supplies in the kitchen which was really nice. A little out of town, the wrong way for parks, but nice and quiet.

For a large group, this is the perfect place. Parking, location, and everything in between was spot on! Everyone enjoyed it very well! Hopefully to return next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay. P.S. Accidentally left something behind, & they were kind enough to ship it back to us.

Met our needs really well

It was a great home to stay in for our family reunion. We had small children and they loved the swings, slide and sand the back of the house. Bed were comfortable. Plenty of room. Easy to find. Host was quick to answer our questions.

Beautiful Moab

This is a stellar property with everything you need for a great family vacation. We had all of our children and grandchildren with room to spare. The open floor plan for living, kitchen, dining allowed us to be together, while the ample bedrooms allowed for privacy when wanted. Fully-stocked kitchen, grill & outdoor play areas were great. Location is a little out of town, but was actually nice & quiet. Highly recommend!

Great location

The house and outdoor area are more than adequate for a large group. There are a lot of kitchen staples, but lacking a few cooking/baking items. Sound travels in this property. The property manager returns inquiries rapidly. Overall a nice place!

Moab Must

Lots of room, clean and cozy! Perfect parking for the SXSs and trailers we pulled. Quiet neighborhood with nice privacy. Great location, only minutes from downtown for food and shopping. My suggestion is to bring extra paper goods. TP, papers towels and trash bags for sure. Definitely not enough for 10 people for 9 days.

Great Place & Great Location

This house was very clean, well equipped and a perfect location as a base for Arches and Canyonlands. It is convenient to Moab, which is an interesting little town with plenty of restaurants. We had a minor issue with the AC but the host was very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect for Families and great location

The house is large and roomy with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great outdoor gathering area with a gas fire pit and gas grill. All was in good working condition. The views from the property was very nice. Good neighborhood.

We've stayed here for years now! You will absolutely love the property and the location. It is a little outside town, but the peace and quiet along with the spectacular views around the outdoor fire pit are to die for! Kitchen is fully capable and the garage space is a bonus!

Great property

We (four families with kids from 3-9) had a blast at this property! The sand volleyball pit, playground and grassy area kept the kids busy when we weren’t out exploring Moab. The sleeping arrangements were perfect…plenty of space for everyone! The parking area was huge and accommodated our three UTVs and trailers with ease. This is our new place to stay each time we come out.
