"Very friendly staff"

"Very good but several areas for improvement. Main issue was the air conditioning was inefficient. Temperature in room was 21.5 and despite me turning it to 18 desired temperature, and the air conditioning on full power, it did not reduce the temperature overnight. Secondly was it’s a bit annoying having to return to your car after checkin to put the parking slip on the dashboard. It would be much easier if guests were able to just give their registration plate details to the reception when...

"Preis Leistung fand ich nicht OK. Für 75,- ohne Klimaanlage und Fenster zur Straße. Bei offenem Fenster war es sehr laut, auch Nachts. Es gibt aber auch Zimmer die nicht zur Straße zeigen. Positiv war die Minibar ( aber nicht die Preise ) und genügend Parkplätze ( gegen Bezahlung ). Auch ein Supermarkt war in der Nähe."

"Lovely hotel, beautiful park behind it was lovely for walking in even though the weather was not good. Hotel is beautiful, the interior is stunning. Our room (we had a suite) was lovely. Food was good in the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a casino next door and a water park next to that. Our only gripe was the pillows on the beds. You had one large and one small one each and they were way too soft. "

"The property was very convenient for getting around to bars and restaurants and the room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very attentive and always ready to help. Rooms were a little small but the bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty with s little of everything. Would recommend it and definitely stay there again."
