"We stayed in 3 hotels in Japan during our trip. The breakfast in this hotel wasn’t as expected. Very little fruit and didn’t replenish, teche rest of the dishes weren’t according to what we expected. Out of that, the hotel is very good, small rooms but as expected, excellent location"

"Overall a good stay. It’s in a great location in Ginza. Hotel is a little outdated, some carpet stains and wall scratches that could be fixed. However that’s my only complaint! Loved the free water refill on each floor, and we had an amazing view from our window. Washer/dryer in the room was also amazing!!"

The hotel is within walking distance to the shopping districts and also very close to the subway, making it easy to get around Tokyo. The room was clean and comfortable, and the onsen facilities were a great way to relax after a long day. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay."

"Our stay at the Royal Park Hotel Iconic Tokyo Shiodome was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. We stayed in a Premium Room with lounge access, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was beautifully designed, incredibly spacious by Tokyo standards, and offered stunning city views that made every morning and evening feel special. The attention to detail, comfort of the bed, and overall cleanliness were flawless. The executive lounge was one of the highlights of our stay. The service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout, with an excellent selection of drinks, cocktails, and beautifully presented food during cocktail hour and breakfast. It created such a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere after busy days exploring Tokyo. The hotel’s location in Shiodome was also perfect — connected conveniently to transit while still feeling calm and upscale. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. Royal Park Hotel Iconic Tokyo Shiodome truly delivered a luxury experience with impeccable hospitality.
