The location was fantastic, but unfortunately our non-smoking room stink horribly of cigarette smoke. We had coughing fits all night.
Staff was not very welcoming compared to hospitality across our trip. Last con is this was the most firm bed of our whole trip.... less comfy than futon.
Best pro was the location, but we had an uncomfortable cramped and smoke filled stay that made us wish we had our backup hotel for the whole stay in Sapporo.
Payed the same price down the street for a room with no smoke smell, bigger room, and comfier beds...wouldn't stay here again.

No onsite parking but private parking lots near by for a fee.
Lobby amenities were just ok. Bottled water in the room upon check-in. The room wasn't as clean as other hotels. Bathroom sink was draining slowly until i pulled out a piece of fiber possibly from a cleaning towel. Water pressure was great.
Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The main dish changed daily.
Street shopping near by.
