« I just had a few things that stood out. 1/2 roll of toilet paper provided in each bathroom with another 1/3 of a roll under one sink. I had to buy toilet paper for our stay. The first night, I made dinner at 9:30pm and every dish & pan I got out of the cabinet had a puddle of water in them. Phone chargers, that would have been great to have provided as a charging station or even a box or USB to use a charger. « This was a great choice of place to stay while we visited French Lick for my birthday weekend. Just a 10 min or less drive to the casino and lots of good restaurant choices. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and when we were first unloading our suitcases in the room we noticed the smoke alarm was chirping every minute needing new batteries. My husband went down to the desk and she gave us a different room right away. Breakfast was full buffet and the kitchen staff was very attentive keeping fresh...

« The property is inside a park, so we had to pay to enter (not a problem but didn’t see that mentioned anywhere before we arrived) The place was nice but dated. The pool was nice, but cold. The lady that checked us in didn’t know what she was doing so it took twice as long as it needed to. We were told we would get the park fee refunded and still haven’t. We have a random charge that no one we have talked to can explain or resolve for us, and the manager still hasn’t called us back to resolve. »
