It is a comfortable, informal daylight basement area with a separate, outdoor entrance from our personal residence upstairs. A new parking area gives easy access to the six steps down onto the brick patio, with outdoor dining area. French doors from patio invite you into the full kitchen, including dishwasher, full oven/stove, microwave, and refrigerator. In the living room, we have a smart TV. A small library is located in an area next to the 3rd bedroom. Browse and read from our library while you are here. Washer/ available. We have a $25/person/night charge after 2 guests.
