The over-sized windows that stretch across the south wall give you the most stunning views of Caras Park, so whether you feel like partaking in the various events/festivities you are just a few steps away, or perhaps you prefer observing from a bird’s eye view in the comfort of your luxury studio... the choice is yours! The studio features a king-sized bed, separated from the living room by a dividing wall that features a flat screen TV on the top and a fireplace on the bottom to offer privacy as well as ambiance. The living room features a brown leather couch and chaise combo which could serve as an additional sleeping area if needed. The condo was gorgeously decorated and every detail was perfect. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, including Grizzly Stadium. Very nicely decorated, includes everything you would need, quiet, and a great view of Camas Park and the river. And the sectional leather couch is probably the most comfortable thing we've ever sat on. The water has to run awhile before it gets hot (boiler is probably in the basement five stories below), but then it is very warm with great water pressure.
