Charmingly situated on quiet alley with no through traffic, we encourage you to relax on the small balcony porch - perfect for grilling, cocktails or morning coffee. There is a small privacy fence around a gravel yard, especially great if you're bringing a furry friend. We allow 1-dog, no cats. No central air conditioning. We have a window unit in the bedroom and the main room that keep property very cool and comfortable. It also had a fenced yard which was perfect as we brought our dog. An easy walk downtown or to Jacob’s island dog park. Some people may find the area a bit sketchy because of the empty spaces near the railway tracks but I found it peaceful even walking late ant night and the neighbours were friendly.
