Custom designed and built in 2013, this beautiful modern eco-efficient farmhouse offers clean, light and bright family living. The home features 4 individual bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms on a quiet, private acre of meticulously landscaped property. With a top of the line fully stocked chef's kitchen with SubZero/Thermador appliances, preparing family meals or entertaining is a dream. The light filled, open concept main level living area offers a beautiful dining/living space, separate mudroom with laundry, half bath, outdoor hot-tub, large patio with outdoor dining space. Upstairs includes master suite, two kids' bedrooms with bath. Downstairs features an open concept media/area/exercise area with a separate bedroom, bathroom, and cosy wool carpeting throughout... Pullout sofa downstairs provides additional sleeping area for two, if needed. The home is wonderful for entertaining and living.  
  
Towered by ponderosa pines and larch, this beautiful cosy home is located on a desirable and private dead-end street in Missoula's most sought-after Rattlesnake neighborhood. You are a ten minute bike ride/5 minute drive to downtown Missoula, a five minute walk to Rattlesnake Creek, Pineview Park, PEAS Farm, and numerous open space trailheads for mountain biking/hiking/walking, and local neighborhood sledding hill.
