It was ridiculous to have to pay for drip coffee! NOTHING was complimentary. The price per night should've at least included a cup of drip coffee. However, the location was perfect for downtown activities.

The heating was a little off as was the hot water, but it was easily remedied. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish they offered breakfast like all the other hotels in the area.

Love that it is right on the river and there is a huge green space adjacent. My original room had a view of this but it wasn’t ready. They “upgraded” me to a room on the top floor with a view of construction in the back parking lot, nothing about the room itself was different. I then did get a voucher for a free breakfast for 2 but when I originally booked the room it had stated it was already included. Also not sure why the lobby coffee shop closes at 11. All that said I do love this Holiday Inn, its location, cleanliness, staff and pet friendliness is great and I will always chose to stay here for those reasons.

There was a comic convention going on - staff was stretched thin and a bit snappy, and there was a lot of activity. They were remodeling too - so most of the amenities were out (ie - breakfast).

The property was grossly overpriced for the dated, tired property in need of a renovation. Our bathroom: sink had a huge crack in it, the tile near the floor was damaged and the tub was stopped up. The 80's air conditioner was very loud and shut off periodically through the night keeping us up. At least the staff were nice and it was very clean. We'll stay at at Vrbo next time we're in Missoula.
