"It was a great stay and I hope really enjoyed it. The only reasons I didn’t give five stars across is the dinner served last night really wasn’t amazing with some small things like the food started running out quick, the baked potatoes weren’t cooked all the way, the pasta was clumped together. Also the pool was frigid cold and the server in the bar last night was just rude. Maybe she was just having an off night but still. I plan to stay again if we are in the area. :)"

"The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and large. We picked one of the suites. The part that was not convenient was parking. It wasn’t connected to the hotel, it took forever to park. Only one elevator was working at the hotel and it was very slow. During busy times there would be a long line. We were on the seventh floor and took the stairs to avoid long waits but couldn’t always do that if we were carrying a lot. The pool is very small but great for little kids. The location is wonderful!"

"The property was okay. We felt like we could not get good sleep. The walls are extremely thin you can hear the next room and upstairs. You can also hear everyone by the pool and workers early. "

"Despite having multiple open rooms on the main floor and posting about being handicap-friendly, the front desk made us take a room on the second floor and CARRY OUR 83 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER UP THE STAIRS. We were also told that our luggage was trash, and when we were having issues with our hotel toilet, we were left to deal with it ourselves. When we finally got ahold of management, they offered a $10 refund. Absolutely ridiculous. "

"Room was recently remodeled, everything was new and in excellent condition. Bathroom fan should be on a separate switch from the light. "
