We had a slab leak that required us to to move out of our house for almost two months. We were very fortunate to find the Fig Perch and it was a perfect home away from home. Our dog loved the back yard and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is very clean and updated, appliances are great. Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The frontyard and back both had Fig Trees which were ripening while we were in the house. Avocado's look like they're on their way as were beautiful citrus. Having stayed in another location not too far, I was also smitten by seeing the stars. The home is far enough away from light pollution but close enough to the 5/405 to get where you need to.
