« We had a fantastic stay at Little Fin Cottage—everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect—close to the beach and great restaurants, yet quiet and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the whole space felt cozy but updated. Check-in was easy, communication was smooth, and the little touches made a big difference. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. »

« The cottage was cozy, clean, and perfect for our family of four. It was more than comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was gracious and very responsive, which made the experience even better. We loved being just steps from a beautiful ocean view and so close to the beaches. « The host provided timely information and was responsive to an inquiry upon arriving. The boathouse was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was regulating the heat. The kitchen was well supplied and organized. The bathroom is quite small, especially the shower, but it is sufficient for average sized people. The location is wonderful, very convenient for spending time in Niantic. Overall, it was a very nice stay. »
