"We booked a bright room with windows based on advertised photos but were placed in Unit 4A—a dark, ground-floor corner room with zero natural ventilation. "While we were a little surprised at the ruggedness of the trail to the beach, everything else was wonderful. John was friendly, responsive to our requests, a very gracious host. Lots of little amenities to make our stay easy."
