This clean fully stocked 3 bedrooms with 2 living areas is a private home on the sand. This home has 3 levels. Each with its own balcony overlooking the gulf. The suite downstairs can be used as a private area that is accessed by the exterior stairs. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 12\. Flat screens, WIFI, cable & grill with a fully stocked kitchen “We have 3 video camera's at the entry front door, entry back door and entry basement door. No video inside the house. The hosts are extremely prompt, unit is always clean, location is perfect. The addition of the sectional couch in the main unit was great for lounging with family after a fun day on the beach. It was clean aside from some spiders, but there s not much controlling that by the water. The rooms were great. The fan in the double bed room kind of knocks sometimes. The parking spaces were a little awkward because it was in the corner. The location and beach front location is amazing. The reserved chairs are such a wonderful touch and the extra chairs and tubes were great. Great communication. So close to the beach and the water was amazing. Loved the little touches like the welcome basket. Property had great amenities and already had lots of beach chairs, beach toys, and floats available. Had a little trouble with electronics locks but this was fixed quickly with quick communication through the app.The property also had a baby gate and pack and play in the upstairs master closet.
