When you walk through our door, you will immediately exhale and begin to relax. Once inside, you will find our condo is updated, well-stocked, extremely clean, and offers the comfortable accommodations that you were anticipating, along with the excellent guest experience you expect! Maravilla #3404, is a GORGEOUS 2 BR/2BA Condo that comfortably sleeps six (6). The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom presents a comfortable queen bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. One of the first things you will notice is the 27’ balcony that runs the entire width of the unit with access from the living area and master bedroom. From the balcony, you will enjoy a dazzling side view of the Gulf of Mexico and listen to the soothing crash of the waves on the shore. This will become your favorite “room” where you can enjoy your morning coffee and paper or a good book, take a midday rest on the chaise lounge, or enjoy an evening beverage while taking in a romantic sunset and share a meal with your family and friends. You are just a few, short steps to Maravilla’s private beach nestled on 2.5 acres of pristine, sugar-white sand and the breathtaking blue-green water of the Gulf. As your hosts, we are happy to provide guidance on comforts and conveniences such as ordering your groceries in advance of your stay and having them delivered to the condo after your arrival. Wal-mart is who we usually use for the basics, Whole Foods has some great meal options and specialty items and offer delivery through your Amazon Prime membership. There are also concierge services where you have personal shoppers who will do the shopping for you and deliver to your door. We will have a selection of menus from local restaurants. Maravilla Resort also provides charcoal grills located throughout the property for guests to use. The condo was so clean and the perfect distance from the beach! The private beach and beach service made our trip feel even more luxurious. The spot is quiet with only a small few restaurants within walking distance. Ubering to other spots got a little pricey so definitely take that into consideration when planning the trip. The host was super responsive and answered all of our questions quickly.We wished that there had been more amenities within the unit like cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc. We also found out once we were there that the private beach didn’t allow tents or shade sails on the beach so, with only 2 chairs from the beach service, it was hard to keep all 5 of us in the shade on super sunny days. We would have loved a couple more chairs, possibly an umbrella in the unit, or at least a heads up about this because we had brought our own beach gear. ##### Haley E. Beautifully decorated and updated. I was unsure about having to cross Scenic 98 to get to the beach but it is absolutely no problem. Loved that we could see the ocean from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. So glad there was a w/d in the unit! Really liked that the property is gated and our Husky liked her walks. The condo had plenty of space for my group of 4 and it was also a fantastic location. We loved having gated access to the private beach area as well as access to the tennis court and fitness room. The kitchen also came with all appliances that would come in handy for a longer stay (blender, crockpot). We would definitely stay here again! ##### Sarah M. Owner responded promptly to questions and contacted proper party to get elevator issues fixed. Some amenities furnished, although unit we stayed in last Feb. was more generous. I found this property clean with thoughtful touches. I worked remote at the desk in the master bedroom and had no issues with the wifi. I had not realized the road would be between the majority of the condos and the beach but this was my only surprise (and can be seen in the ocean view picture). Communication was excellent, everything was listed accurately, and I would stay again! I also recommend walking to Pompano Joes for a good meal. ##### Tabitha M. The location was perfect for the beach, restaurants and shopping. The heated pool was great and we liked being able to bring our dog.
