Everything was spotless, animal dander-free, nicely decorated, and conveniently located near the swimming pool. The beach was only four blocks away and had a restaurant there, where we ate one evening. Rita is great as a premier owner and makes things happen for you. She answered all our questions in advance and made sure the place was ready for us. The condo is conveniently located near shopping, grocery stores, Destin, restaurants, and other nearby beaches. The only problem we had was that we had to return home. I highly recommend this condo, which is on the ground floor. I liked the electronic lock, so you do not have to worry about a key. Lovely and well-maintained condo, a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach and clear blue waters of the Florida panhandle! An added plus was the in-ground pool just outside the unit.
