Newly remodeled, golf cart, pet friendly!

Beautifully furnished two bedroom, two and a half bath lakefront villa!

Upgrades to this remarkable unit include granite countertops, updated cabinets, custom lighting, remodeled bathrooms including tile floors, and designer decor!

Relax and have a drink on the private outdoor patio that overlooks Horseshoe Lake, and its fountain, which are only steps away from the back of the villa. The white sandy beach of Sandestin is a short walk, and the sparkling Beachwalk Villas swimming pool is a 2-minute walk from the villa. Sandestin Resort is at your fingertips, which makes this centrally located unit absolutely superb.

The family room has a sleeper sofa for those extra guests and allows access to the back patio which includes a BBQ for grilling and plenty of seating to take in the view. Enjoy cooking a delicious meal for your family in our completely remodeled kitchen fully stocked with a variety of dinnerware and cookware. There is also a conveniently located half bathroom downstairs.

Upstairs you can relax in one of two spacious bedrooms (furnished with one king bed and two full beds), fully upgraded bathrooms in each room, and a washer/dryer unit.

All your needs will be met with this wonderful unit, allowing you and your family to relax and unwind with a stress-free stay in luxury and comfort!

Sandestin offers four 18 hole championship golf courses including Burnt Pine, The Raven, Baytowne and The Links. Sandestin has a 16 court professional tennis center with clay, grass and hard courts, rated in the top 20 tennis resorts nationwide. The marina can be explored with a paddleboard, jet ski and watercraft rentals, Jolee Island and the multiple tree houses and nature walks are just a part of what this top resort destination offers.

Great location and the golf cart is a huge bonus. Only knock would be seat cushions in the living room and lack of curtains in the bedroom. It’s noon at 6am in there.

Great location! Has everything in it you need for a great stay. The room was not clean when we arrived. Our afternoon plans were ruined because we could not use the unit. The cleaning crew did not leave till 9 PM the first night. We lost 5 hours with no compensation.We were pretty disappointed and were told “well things like that just happen”The golf cart could use a remodel, but it was sufficient for our use.Location a 10, everything else

The check in and out process were super easy. The kitchen was fully stocked however the refrigerator had a beeping noise about every 2-3 minutes it would beep loudly 3 times. It had a message that said “power outage”. I tried unplugging it to reset it and that didn’t work. I would have left it unplugged but it’s not mine. It did that all day and all night for the entire stay. Everything else was great though.

The condo was just perfect for us and our dog. It was a quiet and peaceful part of the Sandestin resort. The golf cart came in handy as we had to attend convention events at the Hilton every day. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. The cleanliness of rugs and furniture left a lot to be desired. The toaster oven did not work and the dishwasher was not bolted to the cabinet and kept tilting over when you opened the door. Owner was made aware of the last two items

Sandestin for the holidays

Our family stayed at the Beachwalk Villas in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for the New Year’s holiday. We have stayed at a variety of locations in the resort over the past 20 years. This villa was in a great location and was pet friendly, so we could include our dog in the fun. The golf cart made it easy to access the beach and the Village of Baytown Wharf. There was enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably and hang out and watch football or play games. There were restaurants and ice cream shops a short walk away, too. We had a lovely staycation and look forward to our next visit. Thanks!

Late Fall Getaway

Enjoyed being at Beachwalk in the late fall. We were able to take advantage of other areas in addition to the beach. Shelly responded to our questions quickly, made accommodations when possible and was very flexible. Would definitely return to this unit.

Love Sandestin Resort

We love staying in Sandestin Resort. Enjoyed our morning walks, my husband enjoyed his time fishing, the short golf cart ride to the beach, and the east accessibility to everything one would need while on vacation. My only suggestions would be new shower heads and faucets for the bathrooms as they are bit tricky & could be more user friendly. Additionally, adding a closet with some beach chairs, toys, etc.

Location and Details

Love this condo’s location (beachside, walk to restaurants) and the ease of getting in and out of the Sandestin complex. The condo is updated and well outfitted to help you enjoy vacation without worry. Great bathrooms and bedrooms with lots of space. Kitchen is nice and living area comfortable. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Check in was exceptionally easy. Nice to have the golf cart for going to the beach each day.

Beachwalk Villas

This is our 6th trip to SanDestin and third time staying in these units. The golf cart makes everything extremely easy and the location is perfect. It’s close to the beach and Baytowne. We will stay here again!
