However, the unit had issues with airflow in the bedrooms. The living room felt nice and cool but the bedrooms felt really hot with no air flowing through at night even when we had the temps set to 67 . There weren’t enough small bowls to have snacks or cereals. The unit can sleep 10 people but there were only 3 white Corning ware size white bowls . It would be nice to have dish towels in the kitchen . There was only one cloth dish and kitchen towel. There was no furniture in the balcony to sit out and enjoy the view . There was no hot water in the second bathroom . The master bathroom had good hot water and good water flow. I would give 3.5 star as review for this property. We had 10am as checkout time given to us but there was a woman trying to keep opening the unit at 9:45 am while we were still in there. She should have waited until after 10am to even attempt to open the unit. But inspite of that she kept trying n trying again and again. We felt rushed and felt our privacy was invaded. The property and beach were well kept. The condo was clean (decor was outdated but that did not impact our stay) and there was plenty of room for 7 of us—adults and teens. Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is a terrific place. Beachside 1 access is terrific. This condo has 2 high speed elevators that service this 10th floor unit very quickly. The condo is appointed very well and there is a kids rack room that could sleep 4-6 pretty easily. Overall this is a great location and we had a terrific Thanksgiving stay with 75-80 degree beach weather to top it off.. ##### Michael K. The place was dirty and the carpets were very dirty and spotted. Patio furniture was all but completely destroyed and not useable. Which property manager said the owners won’t fix anything or return phone calls. Coffee maker and Ice maker didn’t work as well. Reviews had to be made up by family or friends of owners. We only had one cockroach which means there is more. I would warn everyone not to be fooled by the listing pics and reviews ##### Thomas A. Beachside 1 is a great property and for a busy week, it wasn’t as busy as some of the surrounding properties. The layout of our condo was great and the views from the balconies of the ocean, and fireworks (July 4th) were amazing. The reason for the 3 was specific to our condo. The carpet in the master bedroom was stained and warn. The toilet was not working when we arrived (Property manager fixed it next day). The ice maker didn’t work. It was lacking basic items like potholders/oven mitts, dish towels, drink pitchers, hangers, etc. With updates, we would stay there again. ##### Grant G.
