This property was not clean. There was hair on the bed and in the shower. The toilet was filthy. The shower head was broken and the refrigerator was not working properly. I contacted My Vacation Haven and William assured me that it was not acceptable and he would try to move me to a different property. It took him 18 hours to respond back that he would send someone to clean the unit and send maintenance. Well, at that point, I had already been in the unit for 2 days and had to clean myself. Beware that My Vacation Haven has poor customer service! I will say that the unit itself was in a great location, but I would not recommend renting from My Vacation Haven. ##### Lisa S. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. It had all the amenities you would need for a studio. We did breakfast in the room daily and had dinner out which was perfect for that. Our room was clean and exactly as picture. We’d recommend replacing the carpet and better navigation for parking in Luau ll. The other thing we’d note is if you want a spot with a lot of restaurants within walking distance this isn’t it. We only had one that we could walk to, which was The Beach Hose, the Hilton was off limits to non guests. Aside from that, we’d still highly recommend our room. ##### Andrea W.
