I have two suggestions: (1) please disclose that construction is taking place next to the property, and (2) ensure other “neighbors” adhere to the same motto of “be kind to your neighbors”. We were disturbed multiple times throughout the stay due to very noisy and boisterous behavior upstairs in A10\. The stomping was constant from 6:00am until 9:00pm each day. This property caught my eye with the location and amazing interior. We have been coming to 30A for many years and this was hands down our most easy, enjoyable vacation yet and it’s all thanks to this rental! It was beautiful, clean, directly on the beach, and came with more than everything you need for a comfortable stay. I have 0 complaints. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The vibes are amazing the second you walk in and in our opinion you cannot beat the location. The condo has everything you will need minus beach chairs and things of that nature, but the property manager gave me a name of Beach Chairs 4 U and they set up chairs and umbrellas for you daily!
