The view is gorgeous! This unit is on the first floor, so there is easy access to the pools, grilling areas, workout room, and the boardwalks, which bring you to the beach. This beach condo accommodates 4 guests with a queen in the bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower. If you're in the mood to stay home, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal and a Keurig coffee machine. Need a night out? Patio table set disappointing needed repairs Kitchen sink had stains and corroded drain. Drapes not appealing. Low outdated ceiling . Flaking paint from laundry room ceiling . Noise from pedestrians access to outdoor elevator directly across from apt and noise from apt above very noticeable at times. Immediate outdoor area from apt door very dreary. One reviewer said the bedroom is small, and it is, but fine for a vacation stay. Another said the shower was too small even for a small person and they had to open the shower door to get out of the water, but the shower head is mounted in the ceiling and is really large, like being in a rain shower! All you have to do is adjust the shower head so the water is flowing away from you. The person I spoke with in the office was super and very helpful, I arrived on the weekend and she told me to call her any time I needed anything at all. The unit I stayed in is right at the beach, I loved being just steps from the sand!
