By vacationing at Hidden Dunes Condominium 0603 you’ll no longer have to pretend to be somewhere else- the white sands of the Emerald Coast are just an elevator ride away. Instead of expending precious brainpower daydreaming about a sunny getaway, at 603 you can think of all the fun things you finally get to do- learn to paddle board on the clear Gulf waters, watch the dolphins play from the comfort of a beach chair or take a leisurely dip in the Gulf front pool. Then again, why not walk around Hidden Dunes wooded acreage and discover the pro tennis center, and the new outdoor entertainment area complete with a playground, basketball and horseshoe courts, a grilling area and a pickle ball court? Moreover, Hidden Dunes is very close to multiple golf courses, Silver Sands Factory Stores, arcades and myriads of mouth-watering restaurants. The beach life is especially enjoyable when you have an attractive and comfortable condo like 603 to lounge in each day. A colorful nautical theme showcasing unique furnishings like a side table made of oars, coffee tables fashioned after treasure chests and brightly patterned linens enhances the beach views seen from the furnished balcony. Plus, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counters along with a closeted laundry room- upgrades that make it easy to check all the boxes on your fun to-do list! Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two. 2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25\. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. The location is great for Miramar Beach - a bit of a drive if you want Destin dining but we knew that when we booked! The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with needed appliances, bowls, pots and pans, plates, etc. The coffeemaker is a regular basket type maker, so don't bring cone filters. The washer is fast but the dryer took two cycles to dry towels. The beach chairs and beach items were a nice surprise. The cleaning lady showed up early to rush us out and was rude which was not necessary at all. The resort does not have a grill or food for purchase on site. The resort has easy beach access and the chair service was fabulous. We would book here again! ##### Vicki R. The sliding glass doors were caked with muck and sand making them hard to open. That should be a Must Clean Item every time. The representative was very rude and flippant to my wife, causing me to crawl into my hiddy-hole for a few hours to stay out of the line of fire. For some reason, emails from the office took a day to arrive. I have Xfinity/Comcast which is very reliable. The dish washer was dead! This property is very nice, but the ceilings and floors are very thin. You can hear your neighbors slam their sliding glass door all the time, not to mention scraping their kitchen chairs on the floor every morning! Parking garage is not user friendly. Having the towels and linens provide is a blessing. So is having little things such as starters of paper products and soaps. Having an umbrella and 2 beach chairs were great! The condo was very nice and the view was great. The only problems we had were parking and elevators. Whoever designed the parking garage is either an idiot or he/she expected everyone to be driving a VW in a building full of expensive condos. There is no way to get an average size vehicle in and out of most of the spaces. No wonder there are dents and dings in all of the walls.
