Our lovely condo in Summit at Tops'l Resort is by the world's best Beach and has a resort-size Pool and Hot Tub. Tops'l is across the street from Grand Blvd, renowned for its restaurants and fabulous shops. If downtime is what you are looking for, our Water Song home provides privacy, peace, and quiet reflective time. \*Fully renovated, no-expense-spared condo \*Located in the Summit building of Tops’l Resort, a premier beachfront development \*Smart, cozy open floor plan designed for comfort and flow \*Wall-to-wall windows with lush views and natural light \*Large sectional sofa + designer swivel chairs \*Access to free on-site activities at the Tides at Tops’l, which includes basketball, shuffleboard, and mini golf (available at the Tides office) \*Kitchen includes generous counter and cabinet space, a lighted island with barstools, and dinnerware and cookware provided \*Dining table seats six comfortably \*Directly across from Grand Boulevard, where shopping and restaurants can be found \*Can be reserved: On its own (2 bed / 2 bath), or with the adjoining unit (3 bed / 3 bath + bonus kitchenette) \*Units are separated by a high-security, dead-bolted door when not rented together \*Each unit can be rented separately or together for larger groups \*Minimum age to rent is 25 Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
