Welcome to Tops'L Beach Manor 705 This is one gorgeous resort vacation rental property. If you know anything about Tops'L, it’s designed so that you can take advantage of all the beach goodies without ever leaving the property. That means whether you want to fish, golf, bake yourself, get a spa treatment, have dinner, kayak, you name it. You can do it right here. But what’s really cool is that Beach Manor is the closest to the beach condo resort in Tops’l. That means you get closest to what you came for most. . .the white sand and the emerald waters that Destin and Sandestin are noted for. The great thing about this condo resort is its amazing views of that gorgeous Gulf. Every unit has a balcony with spectacular coastline views. Sparkling Emerald Waters, white sands and sunsets to die for. Enjoy your coffee and watch the dolphins play from your balcony that faces 300 feet of white sands and the fabulous emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Tops'l Beach Manor is a fave spot in Destin and has all kinds of amenities like a Gulf front pool, hot tub, a fitness center, lush tropical landscaping and much more. This is a winner, folks. Due to parking regulations, if your vehicle is over 6 foot 5 inches you will not be allowed to park at the resort they no longer have an overflow parking area. Here’s the scoop on your Tops'L vacation condo. Man this place is something else! Check out the photographs of the décor.It was just renovated to the upscale beach look that’s really popular. Not sandy beachy, but upscale beachy for sure! There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s has great views. And you can see the beach from the kitchen. How about that? The living room sofa is super comfortable. The entertainment center, which has a big flat screen TV. Perfect for movies or shows when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, The views. Check out the master bedroom. Huge king size bed with a beautiful headboard. What a great space. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep. Really makes a statement. It’s really spacious. There’s another pretty big TV and a really great view and access to the balcony. The Master Bath spa like and perfect for relaxing at a long day at the beach. The second bedroom is really cool. More great color. It’s got two twin beds, and a TV when you just want to zone out for a while at the end of the day. The kitchen’s a beauty with granite counter tops. It’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach. The dining area has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. The laundry area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze. These bedrooms make sleeping room for 4 with 2 complete full baths. Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And, it’s located in one of the nicest intimate resorts in Destin. You can’t go wrong at Tops’l Beach Manor! It’s got everything you want in a luxury beach condo. The minimum acceptable ratio of occupants in our rental units is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every four (4) persons under the age of 25 occupying the rental property except during Spring Break. Me and my wife celebrated her birthday at this condo and it was fantastic. We did have our 14 month old daughter with us. Just a few minor things that I didn't like was that my daughter could open the door to the balcony for the amazing view. The balcony door would not stay locked besides that I would definitely stay here again. The guest bathtub did take a while to drain but like i said this was minor. The resort was very quiet when we went (February) which we loved. Parking was not an issue and we loved the carts they had for you to carry your luggage/groceries into your room. This is definitely a fabulous stay. Also all the tenants who stay on the property are very nice retired people. Meeting and talking to them definitely motivated me to keep maxing out my retirement so I can retire and stay at a community like this. Cleanliness for me is paramount and I felt at ease here. The online pictures match what’s in the unit. The amenities provided in the kitchen, wash area etc were good. Grocery stores were in close proximity. My only drawback is the furniture. The living room pieces are worn, mismatched and uncomfortable after sitting for a while. The twin beds are a complete disaster. They squeak with every moment. The king size bed was bare minimum ok. I would have given my stay an all around 5, but for the furniture. The facility is our favorite. This unit is probably not going to be one that we stay at again. The couch in the living room desperately needs a deep cleaning. You can see dirt on the front side of it where your legs go. The bathroom in the main bedroom has an outlet that is detached from the wall. It's not usable unless you want to get a jolt of electricity. The beds were good. The views are amazing. You get the best of both worlds...the beach and water as well as the wild life. We saw a huge buck on our last day there. This next part I'm sure is not the fault.of the owner but for 3 days while we were there the floor we were on was getting pressure washed. They started at 7 every morning and didn't leave until 5\. When staying during off season I get that you will have maintenance going on but I feel like that should be conveyed to us as the renters and we should have received a discount of some kind..or at least told about it so we could have been prepared. Instead of having a relaxing vacation where we could sleep in, our kids were woken up early every morning which means we were woken up early. The young men doing the pressure washing also had foul mouths.. words that I didn't care for my kids to be hearing. The property owners should know when and what kind of maintenance is going on so that can be conveyed to the renters. Slightly disappointed in our stay this year. ##### Lauren M. Everything was clean, comfortable, and secure. Wonderful views of the ocean and the nature preserve. The condo had an ample amount of cookware. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature couldn’t have been better. Loved having a cart for luggage and a shopping cart for groceries. This made bringing our belongings in much easier.. great idea by the Condo. Overall, very pleased.We are already planning our next trip back. ##### brittany o. It’s a great family resort and has activities everyday for the kids to do! The beach is not overcrowded and pool has fun bar/restaurant. The condo itself was simple, quiet and had everything we needed. The beds, bedding, and couch needed updating. We definitely would stay again! ##### Shae R. TVs also did not work in the master and left message for the property management and they never responded over seven days.
