Welcome to this 2 bedrooms, 2-bathroom single-story home in Sandpiper Village. This villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen and ample dining space to seat up 10 guests. The primary suite includes a king-size bed and private bathroom while the guest bedroom includes 2 twin-sized beds with private entry into the 2nd full bathroom. The living area includes a twin sleeper sofa when additional sleeping arrangements are needed. Enjoy peaceful mornings relaxing on the back patio enjoying the lake views. The Florida room provides a second living space to spread out. This home is conveniently located just a short 5–10-minute walk to the Links golf club, fitness center, and the Bayside pool and restaurant.   
  
Affectionately referred to as the 'historic district,' Bayside Villas is a treasure trove of cherished Sandestin memories, holding the key to generations of fond recollections. Spanning across 13 distinctive neighborhoods, Bayside Villas includes homes ranging from cozy cottages to modern condos, each with its own set of attractive amenities.
