Hidden Dunes Cottage 217 will help you say hello to the sunshine and goodbye to the storm clouds of stress hanging around! The bright yellow walls, sunlit rooms and close proximity to the beach make happiness absolutely contagious. Gather the whole gang for a home cooked celebratory meal prepared in the upgraded kitchen that features granite countertops, new appliances and a sliding window to the screened-in balcony. With a combined seating for 17 to dine there will be plenty of room to toast and celebrate your wonderful Destin vacation.

Part of living that carefree Destin resort lifestyle includes water activities and Cottage 217 is the portal to liquid relaxation! Soak in the Master Suite’s Jacuzzi bath, swim in one of the many pools nestled in Hidden Dunes acreage or take advantage of the deeded beach access for Hidden Dune’s guests then play in the rejuvenating waves of the Gulf.

Hidden Dunes also provides access to its pro tennis center featuring six clay courts, a basketball court, a horseshoe court, the Hidden Dunes lawn around the lake and acres of natural foliage . Even though you may feel miles away from it all, just beyond the Hidden Dunes gates lies epic shopping malls, golf courses and dining options.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
