The only reason I gave only 4 stars for staff was you always had to ring the bell to get someone at the front desk. I find that a little annoying, but they were all super nice! Great place to stay and great price!

Thank you for your review. We always try and have our front desk staff visible and available for all guests. They also have behind the house responsibility's that does not always have them at the front desk and they is why we incorporated the bell. We appreciate all the feed back and hope to see you return to the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay (4 nights). The hotel was convenient to everything we needed to do. The room was big enough as we weren't in it much but to sleep. The bathroom was very tiny but had everything we needed. Great restaurant right next door. The girls at the front desk were helpful and very friendly. Would stay again when we go back to visit family.

Employees not friendly at all and they basically don’t tell you anything about where stuff is or what time breakfast is and where to go. Breakfast barely had anything and the person in charge of keeping it full, was sitting in the back on her phone, so we had to ask her for things. Some towels in the room were dirty too.

We had a very late arrival and another hotel that was booked said they had already started the night audit and he couldn't check us in so tough luck. We called this place and the guy on the other end was so nice and told us he would wait to start his audit untill we arrived. He got us checked in quickly. The room was nice, clean and quite. Due to time change we had over slept slightly and we asked for a few extra minutes and they were completely fine with that. If I'm over in the Burnsville area again I would definitely stay here.

Breakfast room is nice. Beds are comfy. I like that there's room for chairs that there's hang up space in the bathroom. Overall a pleasant quiet hotel.

Nothing setting this above average hotel. It was a place to sleep between family activities elsewhere. The vent fan in the bathroom did not work. Breakfast room was newer and more pleasant than the rest of the place.

I used to clean rooms and while this room had fresh linens and appeared clean, the bathroom was just a wipe down job. Shower and toilet were dirty.

Worthwhile
Rooms were a bit smaller like European hotels. Great area with walkable restaurants. No issues with smells,dust or mold. Beds were some of the best a hotel offers. 3 star quality for 2 star price.
