Overall, the facility was clean, and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, breakfast was limited, and my non-smoking room was smoked in and not resolved. I have stayed at this location several times. It’s sad to see it is starting to age.

Solid 50 yr-old hi-rise, rather elaborate for a LaQuinta, not a stick and waferboard shaky palace. Parking lot is in pretty bad condition. Everything worked like it's supposed to.
Appears to have a "dweller" clientele, as well as guests, but tradespeople pulled in after 4 PM, a good sign.

The only thing i didnt like was it smelled like dog pee in my room. They take pets there which I understand but I would suggest keeping all pet accepted rooms on one level or two and people with no pets on a different level.

It was a pretty good experience overall just minor incidents like elavator being shaky and one other incident that I can remember

no fan in shower so mild grows, pool not open, very limited breakfest, not very clean but beds were good

Generally the property was really run down and tired. Ground in dirt in bathroom, lobby and rest. Seating area. I stayed her several years ago and it was really nice. Will not stay again. Not worth the price for sure.

Construction everywhere- 25 min to find a way in parking lot. Check in was worst ever. Rude staff. Inconvenient. Make sure ur name matches on everything! (Dont get married or divorce anytime near a stay here) Dont ask for any special requests, they cant accommodate. Pool was size of a bathtub full of kids. No hot tub. Breakfast had no food left over an hour before it was over. Ask for towels or tp, only 1 at a time. Room was Much smaller and different than online pics.save your money! Its been 5 days and still havent heard from management about my complaints.

there was a jack hammer going on outside my entire stay, the front desk staff was rude, the room was dirty and smelled like stale cigarettes and mold (despite being non smoking).

A book/laminated paper explaining things like location of the pool and and breakfast times would be helpful in the room.

Very nice staff! The woman in front of me in line had some problems with her reservation. The night auditor was very kind as he helped resolve it. We will stay there again.
