When I arrived the front desk, no staff service and can not reach till 21 mins later, the staff was late to on duty!! Same as I check out, also nor staff on duty and also can not reach! The room floor is sticky, the toilet is not fully clean.

It took over 5 minutes to get someone to come check us in, then we got into the room and the toilet was full of toilet paper and plugged. I went to the front desk and they gave me a plunger and told me to bring it back.... Then I went to get in the shower and the bathroom shower did not have a shower curtain. At that point I was completely fed up so I did not go back to ask for a shower curtain, I showered without one. Overall, not great.

I think that there are some gnats or flies that are in the room, and I don't know where they are coming from. In addition, several times there is nobody to assist you when you need their help, and I have had to wait for someone to help me, because the person they do have there can't help me.

Convenient location with quick access to multiple freeways making it easy to navigate your way around the Twin Cities. There is no breakfast sitting area and all breakfast and coffee was empty by 8:30 and not replenished thereafter. There is laundry facilities but no detergent sold on-site. There is a shopping center right down the road and plenty of places to eat so you don't have to travel far for either.

This place is used as a homeless shelter, which wouldn't inherently be bad, except for the fact that it looks and smells like one as well, there is a lingering odor of cigarettes throughout the hallways, I did you can also smell people smoking at night inside of your room, the condition of the hotel is terrible, there are unpainted patches all over, there are scratches all over the walls, chipped paint, damaged furniture, etc. I would never stay here again, and I would also recommend against anyone else ever staying here, whoever the owner is should be ashamed of themselves

Went to check in and front desk worker was outside smoking, I had to go out and ask if she was working…. The room was still dirty still had went marks on floor from someone showering or peeing on floor whole building has an unpleasant smell would stay way from here!! There was people sitting in the hall that looked to be on a controlled substance and very jittery.

No one was at the front desk when I got there. There a post-it note saying they were "checking the property and would be back by 4:15 or sooner.". At 4:35 an employee pulled into the parking and had to hop the counter in order to get setup.

I reserved this room late due to my flight being delayed. I got to the property and no one was around to get me the room I paid for. I contacted the customer service number they tried to call someone there and no answer. I had to go and find a new hotel. Now this hotel chain and this 3rd party booking company will not refund the whole cost due to the hotel saying I was a "no show."

Whoever was in the room above us we could hear stomping back and forth all night and early in the morning. the room was missing 3 lightbulbs, the back of the remote, and looks like someone exploded a cow in the microwave and the glass turntable was missing out of it. The bathtub was not functional as a bath and the bathroom sink didn't wish to stay open to drain. And the floor was not carpet, but was sticky all over, and the pillow cases looked like they were not changed and were stained on one side. Only so much febreeze can do when the state legalized special tobacco and the whole place smelled like it was celebrating that fact...so much for non smoking rooms, it was not pleasant.

This property advertised Park N Fly. You could park your vehicle; but they did not offer transportation to the airport. You had to book that separately. The property also smelled musty. It was a old smoke and I don’t know what smell. It was also very dark. The room had no toilet paper and no remote control.

There was an incident and a Swat unit had 12 hour stand off with a gun man on our floor. We had gone to diner and then weren't allowed to get our things until the next morning. Luckily we got a new hotel nearby and was refunded for what we paid, but from what we heard at the new hotel, there is a lot of weird things goining on at the Extended stay.

Ive honestly expected more from this hotel..... ive stayed at extended stays, even worked in one. Thos place needs a major upgrade. The first room i checked into smelled like a grandpa ashtray. I thought this was a non smoking hotel? The next room was a little better i had a kitchen area but no cups, plates, or utensils.

Staff was very friendly and willing to refund without difficulty when we explained/showed pictures of the room. Carpet was stained. Bathroom couter top was also stained in several spots. This hotel is also a homeless shelter!! I have never stayed in a hotel that was as dirty as this hotel. I paid $180 to stay here. I even took photos of how dirty it was. Not only that I felt unsafe. I did feel comfortable even walking to my car in the parking lot while there!

You get what you pay for. And here you pay for a place that seems to serve as a part time homeless shelter. Dirty. When I turned on shower the tub was so dirty that the dirt swirled around in the tub.

We reserved a room and called ahead, was assured a room was available. No room was available upon arrival. We were put in a room that was out of order. The smoke detector was missing, the tub was peeling, there was a rust spot on the toilet seat and there were drywall patches on the room. The front desk lady checked us into the wrong room so we got a rude knock at our door from the GM. Furthermore there seems to be illegal activities going on Between the other guests.

Do not go here unless you want to be creeped out!
Aweful! The property was not like the one on the website! When we walked in the lobby we were shocked and disgusted,along with other guests! Our rooms were even available and there was only one person working! It was so dirty and felt like a crime scene in a movie! This hotel should not be available to anyone! I got my money refunded!

We made a reservation and on arrival they did not have a room prepared. Sheets were not on the bed. We were offered the sheets to make the bed ourselves. We left and requested a refund. Lobby area was dirty and receptionist was distracted by personal call. Will never reserve room here again. We were left to find another room at 9:00pm at night.

I am a 78y.o. female traveling alone. i was there to celebrate my sister"s 90th birthday at an assissted living facility behind the hotel & did not rent a car. I was told that my reservation as cancelled & they could get me a room a mile away. the whole reason for choosing your hotel was its proximity to my sister without involving a car. I was fortunate that my niece was already there & I could bunk with her it worked but was not ideal. I was very upset and disappointed at my treatment as I had made my reservation more than a month prior. The facility could also use some updating.

Toilet backed up. Went down to the desk and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. Asked for plunger. Took me 20 minutes to get it unplugged and when it finally did loosen it shot over the edge and soaked my left leg with sewage from my knee to my foot! Big puddle to clean up. I used toilet paper and it immediately turned black. It was obvious the bathroom floor hadn’t been mopped in weeks. Kitchen countertop was filthy. TV had a letter of dust.

Awful! Stayed there for 3 nights while attending a weekend car show. Room was filthy. Trash had not been emptied. When returning to room late there were three people sleeping in the hallway/ second floor. Be aware section 8 housing residents drill here full time too. If able - skip this place

Extended Stay Eagan
Friendly greeting, open welcome for small dog we travel with. Entrance and elevator fairly clean, but well worn. Room on 2nd floor, window was open. Tried to close but unable to fully lock. Bedside lamp did not work. Towel racks in bathroom gone. Sheet appeared to be clean. Bed frame leaned and creaked. My allergies went crazy. My guess is someone has been smoking in the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was OK but really not a place I will recommend. It took more than 20 minutes to get someone to check us into the hotel. Apparently they were short staffed but the front desk person is supposed to carry the phone when they leave the area so they can be reached - unfortunately, she did not. The sink in the kitchenette was very dirty. I ran water to clean it and quickly realized it was from the drain backing up into the sink. However the bed was clean and very firm. There was a nice shower, and the bathroom was clean.
