Pool is in an atrium area and is already a little dark and several of the lights inside the water were out if a kid was on the bottom you would have a hard time seeing them they need to fix ASAP. The pool also had a bad chlorine smell that indicates poor air circulation and was cloudy - I would not let anyone I know use it - It was bad

Our pool is a salt water pool with the smallest amount of chlorine and it is checked daily. However, we will be sure to speak with our maintenance department regarding the pool to ensure the lights are changed immediately. Thank you for being our guest!

It’s probably a fun place to stay if you’re a kid or in the mood for a party. The noisiest hotel I’ve ever experienced. Not our cup of tea and won’t be returning.

Once i try to check in my room and reservations was given to someone else, so i was given a handicap room and i wasn't to thrilled about that.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Staff were great! Pool and hot tub were nice and unique. Parking was difficult since the hotel was having a Santa frenzy event, but it worked out. The only downfall, i received a Christmas present the morning before our trip, it was a power bank. And i plugged it into the wall. It was small and sleek and i had forgotten about it and checked out with it still in the wall, i called the next day and the staff claimed it wasn't plugged in and it wasn't in the list and found. So a maid must have taken it since no one rented the room the next day. That wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.

It was a beautiful location close to White Bear Lake. Also, within walking distance of local restaurants and shopping. The restaurant's food was very good and service was excellent. The staff was very accommodating!

I treated my three and six year old grandchildren and my daughter to an overnight stay after we had spent the day in Wisconsin riding the Pumpkin Express train to a kid pumpkin patch. After dinner at Rudy’s Redeye Grill, we swam in the pool until bedtime. It was a perfect day.

Great Stay
Check in was a breeze like it is supposed to be. Everything was pretty much like it was supposed to be. Great room, pool and jacuzzi were open and working. The whole facility was nice. Was there for a H.S. reunion and the room nearby the party room was nice. Room was clean, very nice and well supplied. Wish all hotels were like this.

We stayed 4 nights during our visit to St Paul for a reunion. The BW has nice size rooms, comfortable and clean. We had 2Queen beds, King rooms were sold out. Nice pool area in center hotel with a Hot tub. Breakfast was excellent, 5 star! The hotel restaurant was good as well. We will stay again
