"The TV in our room did not work. Because it was very late when we got in, we did not notify the front desk. When I reported it the next morning, the morning clerk was rude and snippy. I wasn't asking for anything....just informing. The clerk on duty when we arrived was terrific. We had 3 rooms and overall enjoyed our stay. Sadly, the snippy clerk cast a dark cloud over what was a good stay. "

"I would not recommend staying here. I read other reviews and it seemed like it might be ok but it is not. Those must be fake reviews. There are people who you can tell live in this hotel the room looks nothing like the pictures and it smelled. It just did not feel clean. "

"Overall, the stay was okay, but the price felt quite overpriced for what was offered. What they call “breakfast” is honestly difficult to consider a real breakfast — the options were extremely limited. On top of that, the coffee machine was broken the entire morning and no one managed to fix it. For the price they charge, I expected a better experience and more attention to basic amenities."

"We only stayed one night. The staff member on check in wasn't very helpful. On of the reasons we booked here was for the Bistro so we didn’t have to find somewhere to eat ..... it isn't open for dinner. Room had everything we needed. Bed was nice and comfortable"

"Place was great. Beds were good, plenty of space, close to shopping, easy highway access. Hottub was hot and clean, pool and outside area was clean. Host was extremely helpful and communicated well. Responding to random question and requests firendly and in very timely manner."
