« Everything about this property is just excellent. This is our 3rd time staying at Stone’s Throw, but certainly won’t be our last. The hosts are extraordinary. The cabin is amazing. The outdoor fireplace, just what you need on the cool evenings to relax; if that’s not enough, go jump in the hot tub with a nice cool beverage to finish off your night. No need to worry about your furry friend, the fenced in yard will keep them corralled and the wrap-around porch is a great place for guard duty ....

« The place was very quiet and on a creek! It was very quaint and had everything we needed. The managers of the place were outstanding and always available to answer any questions we had. Everything was very clean! The only small issues that we had was the wanter pressure not being good enough and the fireplace not being emptied from all ash (but not that big of a deal). And FYI, there's no dishwasher in the place for those who can't do without one . »

« Loved the Bigfoot game room, hot tub, and outdoor theater. I was looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy nature. Plenty of trails within a 10 mile drive. The town of Blue Ridge was quaint and close by. »

« Lovely location and perfect for a quick couple getaway. Modern and clean with great beds. It is right on the river and in the summer it almost seems like you’re the only one there. The location is a quick 12 minutes into town and you can even get delivery if needed. Highly recommend! »

« The driveway was HORRIBLE. Completely uphill. My sisters car is currently still stuck in the ditch and even the tow truck couldn’t get it out due to sliding off from rain runoff. It was probably end up being totaled. This is not listed on the listing. Even a large SUV was struggling to make it up the hill. »
