Best wellness retreat we’ve had! Pricey but worth it.

A beautiful property. The pool was very nice. The staff were VERY friendly! The room was huge. Older property. But the bed was comfortable (memory foam). Coffee maker in the room. No safe. A balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean. A spectacular sunrise in the morning. Breakfast include. The property is very isolated from anything. No stores. You cant walk to anything - too far. I needed a ride to hlget to the highway so i could catch the van to San Jose. The beach was rather unkept and the...

All started when the staff and owner communicated with us in regards to organizing transportation as week before we were to arrive at the resort. They were attentive, organized and thoughtful to ensure that we get to Verde Villa with no issues. We got to the Puerto Galera port, and a lovely staff member was there to greet us and take us to the resort location on the island. The resort was amazingly beautiful. We felt very welcomed and supported. The rooms were very clean, staff was very...

Simply excellent personal dive and spa resort. The majority of the staff call you by name!

Casalay is a great place to stay for families who want to escape the hustle & bustle of life. The villas were clean, cimfortable, spacious for a family of five. the pool were great to take a break from the heat. the sraff were exceptional!!! second to none!

Amazing view, rooms, and lovely staff!

Food was great. Room was as expected, a bit old but perfect for us. Hotel is very well situated on the « boardwalk » but not in the noisy-party part , just close enough to enjoy and sleep well. Diving was marvelous - great dive center. Service like if you were on a liveaboard!!

What a delight! I stayed at Badladz Beach Resort for 6 nights in Feb......all I wanted to do was have a very relaxing, quiet and be LAZY on my vacation and Badladz did NOT disappoint :) Upon arriving check-In was easy and fast. Within minutes I was relaxing on a lawn-bed chair looking up at blue skies and listening to the sounds of the ocean........so relaxing:) The room was straight forward, very clean, comfortable and functional. Everything in the room worked as it should. Every night I...

Room is clean, staff are great, Spa experience is excellent, pool is not crowded. The place is very relaxing and it's a big bonus that we can bring our Bailey ( puppy ) 🐶

Although I wasn't the one who checked in, I booked the room for my son, his buddy, my nephew, and my nieces. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when I chatted with them online before their stay, which made the booking process easy. My son really enjoyed the resort, and he and his buddy even completed their PADI certification there! They had a great experience, and it sounds like they had an amazing time. Based on their feedback and my interactions with the staff, I would definitely...

I highly recommend visiting this resort. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. This is a quite and relaxing hotel in an otherwise busy vaction region of Puerto Galera. The resort has beach access and a short 5 minute walk to Big Lalaguna. Lots of stuff to do in the area; I personally went snorkeling; wow, what an experience! Do hesitate to book your vacation at OOTB Resort.

The staff were excellent in providing their service. Very friendly and accommodating. However, their contacts for the day trips were not reliable. We’ve voiced our concerns and attempted to rectify it. We just accepted it as our loss in the end. The location of the resort was secluded and quite peaceful and relaxing. The sunrise view was the best.

The staff are very accommodating. Hard to find using new name but locals and GPS know it by old Name -VistaMar. The place is awesome for diving! The place has been well-renoed. The bathroom is a bit dark though.
