"This waterfront property is underated. The rooms may be a bit dated but every other aspect is and should 5 Stars! From the moment you enter from the main road you will see manicured grounds and roads lined with beautiful flowers and trees. At night it is all lit up. You can enjoy avery romantic stroll anytime and feel the cooling ocean breeze.
The reception area is well organized with staff and service. You will like a celebrity arriving to a premier opening. Luggage is gathered and ready to be delivered to your room.
Treat yourself to the Junior Suite. Trust me - It is worth the very few extra pesos. If you are considering a venue for a wedding you must give this place a chance. The sales team knows how to put the right package together for your desires. We just had our dream garden wedding ceremony here and the Kalaw Event room was transformed into a scene from a movie. The food and staff had everything organized, prepared and served without any delays. The food was also of 5 Star quality and portions were more than enough. This is the only Insular property we have stayed at numerous times. If visiting another city, I would not hesitate staying at another Insular property because I am sure the same level of care and service would be maintained throughout the all locations. Lastly, the two restaurants provide an excellent selection at very reasonable prices. The morning buffet could be open a little longer but it is worth getting up for. I will be back again!!"
