There is no staffs or check in reception. We reached there in the evening.It's dark and super cold. As I have never received the door password from this accommodation RAKUTEN STAY VILLA or Expedia, so we felt helpless at outdoor under strong wind. Fortunately there are 3 Japanese youth guests came out and help us to call the CS,finally we got my villa Password.We appreciated their help and stayed with us in the cold weather almost an hour. However, the worst has came when we got inside. We spent more than an hour to check in, took pics and input information by the electronic tablet .We reported them the TV was destroyed and out of order, even i didn't received the password, The staff said she didn't know and not her responsibility.She just urged us in completing the check in information and disturbed us from video call many times for more than 1 hour when we were having our late dinner at 9pm. (because we have to take care of my 2 kids who were hungry). I requested her for an hour late check out at 11pm for the compensation.she was not able to promise...and called again said they could change another villa for us at that moment.....I was so angry..Nobody want to move or be disturbed anymore.
